Almost all other CMake projects I've come across either don't have an
additional 'strategy' mechanism for Python, or skip 'searches' entirely when
PYTHON_INTERPRETER is provided (not the internal Python*_EXECUTABLE variabl=
e)

The above is just with most just using CMake's default/upstream python modu=
le
to provide the variables/functionality
