Yes, I can confirm that Python 2.7 was build sans SEM(aphore) option (possibly because build failed due to SEM option at the time). After successfully rebuilding Python 2.7 with SEM option, the www/chromimum build moves further along (to stop at due to some some C++ function(s) being ambiguous). Feel free to close this PR.
