I have found that equations that I create in staroffice with "insert formula", are unreadable by colleagues who use ms word. I need suggestions for a equation editor that I can use to create an eguation, save it in some format that I can insert as a graphic into staroffice that is fairly transportable (i.e. word can read it). I know... in a perfect world everyone would use TeX or LaTeX (myself included) and this wouldn't be an issue. In the meantime, what are the favorite equation editors (preferably in the ports collection). Thanks -- Kirk R.
