It is bad that you didn't give us exact command line and
output of command line you run. Nevertheless I suppose
that you have drive D in DOS extended partition. If it
is true then run:

# /dev/MAKEDEV ad0s5
# mount_msdos -l /dev/ad0s5 /mnt
