See the X/Open SUS definition etc. This routine needs to be changed for Y2K. If you want a test case, I'll maiil one. For strptime( "11/22/02", "%m/%d/%y", &ztm) the result for years since 1900 is tm_year; 002 This should be 102 for Y2K compliance.
