Thanks for the information, I can now surf the internet from my laptop via bluetooth.  I will put up a page on how to do it, even though there are already a few pages on it already.  The problem with my setup was using my laptop's address instead of the FreeBSd box address.  Also, I needed to clean up my ppp file a little.    Thanks for all the help!!
