            Bug ID: 236562
           Summary: www/p5-WWW-Mechanize-PhantomJS Deprecate port?
           Product: Ports & Packages
           Version: Latest
          Hardware: Any
                OS: Any
            Status: New
          Severity: Affects Only Me
          Priority: ---
         Component: Individual Port(s)
          Assignee: pi@FreeBSD.org
          Reporter: romain@FreeBSD.org
          Assignee: pi@FreeBSD.org
             Flags: maintainer-feedback?(pi@FreeBSD.org)

Hello!

While looking for ports without a maintainer, I saw that lang/phantomjs was
still in the ports tree while being discontinued one year ago and having a =
lot
of problems (we used it at $WORK and had to switch to chrome / firefox head=
less
some time ago).

I though it was worth deprecating it:
https://svnweb.freebsd.org/ports?view=3Drevision&revision=3D495806

However, I failed at seeing that it had ports depending on it. You will
probably want to:
  - deprecate www/p5-WWW-Mechanize-PhantomJS if it is not actively worked on
and set the same deprecation date on this port; or
  - revert my change (and maybe take maintainership of lang/phantomjs?)

Sorry for the late heads-up!
