Where does one get differential pricing? Every ISP i've been with charges by the month. I've heard that in some countries (usually where there is a government monopoly), one still has to pay by the byte. Bummer. Since I'm on cable modem, I find Linux and Freebsd work extremely well using their own MTA, (sendmail).
