I assume that you're talking about a PCI-to-VME Bus adapter so you can hook your measurement equipment to a PC? Do you need a) an existing driver for e.g. Linux ported to FreeBSD or b) a new driver developed from scratch? I doubt you'll find anyone on this list who will do that for free. If you have in-house expertise to work on the driver and there are specific questions, then you should ask those questions rather than making such a general request.
