Is sio2 in your kernel config file? If so, try commenting it out and
re-building your kernel. The message above means, IIRC, that your
modem is using IRQ5 but the sio probe is using another IRQ for that
port.
Just FYI, I have a PnP modem that appears on sio2, but I only sio0 and
sio1 in my kernel:
