https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=3D228673 Bug ID: 228673 Summary: [PATCH] graphics/mesa-dri - configure script fails with BSD grep Product: Ports & Packages Version: Latest Hardware: Any OS: Any Status: New Severity: Affects Some People Priority: --- Component: Individual Port(s) Assignee: x11@FreeBSD.org Reporter: se@FreeBSD.org Assignee: x11@FreeBSD.org Flags: maintainer-feedback?(x11@FreeBSD.org) Created attachment 193910 --> https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/attachment.cgi?id=3D193910&action= =3Dedit Patch that replaces GNU grep specific pattern with generic egrep pattern. The configure script uses a non-standard syntax not supported by the BSD gr= ep in -CURRENT. This is easily fixed by use of grep -E or egrep (see attached patch, which makes configure work with ancient and current GNU grep and BSD grep). The problematic command is: echo $platforms | grep -q "x11\|drm" The standard compliant form that does not depend on GNU grep is: echo $platforms | egrep -q "x11|drm" --=20 You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.=
