Subject: Turning on HDMI video after boot

It seems when booting 11-CURRENT on an RPI2 the
HDMI monitor must be present during boot, else
the video won't work if a monitor is connected
later.

Is there a way to wake up the HDMI port after
FreeBSD is in multi-user mode?

Thanks for reading,
