I thought my way is obvious ;) and everyone do it that way... I'd just check out fresh -STABLE /usr/src and /usr/ports, install gcc295 from fresh (!) ports, and then try to buildworld, but forgot to read /usr/src/UPGRADING about -DNOPERL, then community kindly helps me with that, and buildworld completed sucessfully. Than I rewrite kernel config, because of syntax changes. And I skip some steps from /usr/src/UPDATING about texinfo: <in single user> [6] cd /usr/src cd gnu/usr.bin/texinfo/install-info make install cd ../../../.. ldconfig -R /usr/obj/usr/src/lib/libc I simply forgot ;) but installworld was done sucessfully... However, I didn't run mergemaster yet, and not all installed packages up to date...
