Message-ID: MIME-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: TEXT/PLAIN; charset=US-ASCII Sender: owner-doc@freebsd.org X-Loop: FreeBSD.org Precedence: bulk There is a little disagreement in the various documentation we have about the printing system about where spool directories live. Some man pages say /var/spool/*, some say /var/spool/lpd/* and some say /var/spool/output/*. Ultimately the printcap entries specify where the files are and you could put them anywhere and it would work fine, but I think we should strive for some consistency in the docs. -john == jfieber@indiana.edu =========================================== == http://fallout.campusview.indiana.edu/~jfieber ================
