We have successfully set up ipfw and natd using our dial-up (static IP), but IRC DCC connections still fail.

IPFW rules are:
   divert natd
   allow all
   deny all (default)

natd command line is:
   natd -s -n tun0

All other internet protocols (FTP, DNS lookups, POP, SMTP, etc) work.
Any ideas?  Need more info?
