	This depends on which type of DSL and equipment and the amount you
	are willing to pay for service.  The phone companies have been
	delivering DS-1 local loops on HDSL for years (At least in USWEST
	territory).  Like Mr. Middlestaedt mentions, paying $20-$40
	a month for ADSL service will not be as reliable as a Leased line.
