 Going to http://www.FreeBSD.org/porters-handbook/ works fine for me --
 were you having problems getting the index.html file to load (i.e.,
 getting just a directory listing)?  If there wasn't any problem, I'm
 going to close this PR -- the index.html tacked onto the end isn't
 really needed.
