You didn't read my message carefully. I'd like it to be required that the
*list* address appear in the To or Cc header--this has nothing to do with
whether you have to be subscribed to post a message. All of the spam that this
list has received over the last several months has been blind copied to the
list; a requirement that the list address appear in the To or Cc header would
have stopped all of it. Other lists to which I'm subscribed have this
requirement.
