"Make sure that the LPD daemon is loaded and running by adding lpd_enable="YES" in rc.conf on startup. In troubleshooting, if there is problem with printing on remote printer, to make sure that remote spool name (lp) is correct when it says "Waiting for queue to be enabled" for the status file.
