Uh... "driver?" What do you mean in this context? No special kernel support is required for these cards. If you mean *X server* (which is an entirely different animal) then the answer is no, there are no freely available X servers for the Matrox. You can buy one from X Inside, Inc. that works pretty well, however, which is what all us other Matrox users have done. It's $99 for the FreeBSD version, which is not at all unreasonable.
