  Pull in r231002 from upstream llvm trunk (by Rui Ueyama:
  
    Support: Add {read,write}{16,32,64}{le,be} functions.
  
    Add convenient functions for endian-aware reads/writes.
  
  This is a prerequisite for building lld trunk.
