When I said "that particular warning is removed" I meant that the ACPI warning is removed; the other errors are still there and it still does not continue on into the configuration/installation menus. OK, so can't you just do this? Many older systems do not support ACPI
properly (i.e. they only support it to the level required to run
windows), so you just need to disable it to run FreeBSD on them.
