As a professional employee, it's my job to advise my boss on technological matters, and to persuade him to change course if I think he's making a bad decision. I'm not paid to do data entry, but to know enough about my job to know what's best for my employer. The final decision is his, but until he's made it, I'll do what I can to steer him. -- Kirk Strauser
