Any extra kernel > configs needed? Should. What's the anticipated simultaneous load? I'd suggest buying an Intel EtherExpress Pro/100B or + for your Ethernet card, lots of RAM, and a good connection. Max out the limits in /etc/login.conf and bump maxusers to 64.
