Since a switch isn't a router you're probably best off just using
10.10.138.192, netmask 255.255.255.192
for your network.
If you need the subnets, make the "real" IP address of the virtual
host server come out of the 10.10.138.208/28 network and add the
other IPs as aliases. Then, on the cisco add a route for the
second subnet pointing at the virtual server host.
