-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Hello all, I was planning to install the GIMP (using FreeBSD, 3.x-STABLE). I was browsing through the ports tree, but AFAICT there is only a port of Gimp 1.1.15 (FYI 1.1.16 is current, hopefully the ports tree will be updated soon).. 1.0.4 is stable - the last time I tried 1.1.x, it was extremely unstable and segfaulted every few minutes (although it had some very cool new features, and perl binding IIRC). Although, I think the last GIMP I tried was 1.1.8 or so (and it may have become more stable since then). I need to use the GIMP to do some real work (I'm not just playing around). Is the 1.1.x series stable enough to use regularly? Does script-fu work with 1.1.x? Or does someone know where I can locate a Gimp 1.0 FreeBSD port or pkg? - -- Neil Conway <neilconway@home.com> Get my GnuPG key from: http://klamath.dyndns.org/mykey.asc In the beginning the Universe was created.
