We need some suggestions where to start. In your experience, it is better to work on the original SGML files, take a text editor and translate from there or what? And what about translating a new updated handbook? Do we have to start from the beginning each time, or there's a tool performing a sort of diff, avoiding to translate unchanged parts? Thank you.
