To the submitter of the problem: please sync to latest -current, the one you are using looks old and it might have a memory leak. 2. To Brian: Yeah, feel free to write that code. I had it done for ctor/ dtor, and doing it for init/fini is slightly more involved as it means propagating the failure upwards but leaving the object in the slab (or putting it back there).
