I am having difficulty with the installation of packages, although other = parts of the installation seem to go OK. The mounting of the DOS partition seems OK because I can see it from = FreeBSD if I do=20 Cd /dos lf for instance. I have INDEX in /dos/Freebsd/packages And the windowmaker packages in /dos/Freebsd/packages/windowmaker And the bash-2.03 package in /dos/Freebsd/packages/shells/bash-2.03 When I run the package installation using Option 6 and set the path to = /dos/Freebsd (I think that's right as the dos partition is mounted) the = INDEX file is found OK(installation path set to /dos/Freebsd). But when = I then choose my packages to install I get an error message to the = effect that the packages can't be found and the installation is being = aborted. Exactly the same thing happened with dos unmounted when I was attempting = to install from the DOS partition. What might be going on? Thanks, Tony.
