Hi,
don't worry. They are just not yet implemented :-)
As a long term sollution get the man pages and header files which implements
the syscall interfaces and write the missing syscall wrappers.
Sometimes it's trivial, sometimes it's more difficult but allways funny...

In linux_base-7.1 I'm seeing tons and tons of unimplemented syscall warnings
under FreeBSD4.4-STABLE.

linux: syscall fstat64 is obsoleted or not implemented (pid=2854)
linux: syscall setup is obsoleted or not implemented (pid=2854)
linux: syscall stat64 is obsoleted or not implemented (pid=2867)
linux: syscall ugetrlimit is obsoleted or not implemented (pid=2867)
linux: syscall ksyslog is obsoleted or not implemented (pid=2907)
