You sent it to the right place.  There's no-one more authoritative
regarding KDE/QT ports myself.  :-)

Hmm.. there's no file in my patches directory that patches configure.
Perhaps you forgot to use the -dP args when cvs update?  Or maybe forgot
*default delete use-rel-suffix with cvsup?
