https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=3D221419 Bug ID: 221419 Summary: misc/amanda-server fails when a dump spans tapes Product: Ports & Packages Version: Latest Hardware: Any OS: Any Status: New Severity: Affects Many People Priority: --- Component: Individual Port(s) Assignee: freebsd-ports-bugs@FreeBSD.org Reporter: ken@FreeBSD.org CC: fbsd@dylanleigh.net Flags: maintainer-feedback?(fbsd@dylanleigh.net) CC: fbsd@dylanleigh.net Created attachment 185287 --> https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/attachment.cgi?id=3D185287&action= =3Dedit Patch to fix tape spanning in misc/amanda-server There is a bug in Amanda 3.3.9 (that was not present in 3.3.6) in that it leaves dumps in the holding disk if the individual dump doesn't fit on one tape. The bug is described in this thread from February 2016 and a patch is linked from there: https://github.com/zmanda/amanda/issues/69 I tried the patch and it fixes the bug for me. I have renamed it according to the patch naming scheme and it is attached to this bug. It just needs to be added to the files directory. --=20 You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.=
