            Bug ID: 280749
Summary: security/fprintd: Make it work again
           Product: Ports & Packages
           Version: Latest
          Hardware: Any
                OS: Any
            Status: New
          Severity: Affects Only Me
          Priority: ---
         Component: Individual Port(s)
          Assignee: danfe@FreeBSD.org
          Reporter: dhs@frame.work
                CC: aokblast@FreeBSD.org, lwhsu@FreeBSD.org
             Flags: maintainer-feedback?(danfe@FreeBSD.org)
          Assignee: danfe@FreeBSD.org

None of the fprint related packages currently work, they have been marked as
deprecated and expired two years ago:
https://cgit.freebsd.org/ports/commit/?id=3Df3e655afe7dd7107f7aa2ba97435fe3=
ab15236fe

I was able to marke it work on FreeBSD and have submitted fixes to upstream.
They have not responded in two weeks so far, so let's fix the FreeBSD packa=
ges
first.
This is the tracking issue to enumerate all the changes.

Changes:

- Pending for ports
  - [ ] Remove deprecated packages pam_fprint and fprint_demo.
  - [ ] security/libfprint: 0.7.0 -> 1.94.7
  - [ ] security/fprintd: Update to 1.94.3
