Would it be possible to simply remove the book.pdf file until the build
issue can be fixed?  This has generated a lot confusion.
BTW Charles, the build of the .pdf file is broken, so it's affecting lots of
people ;)

I wanted to let you know that after downloading the book.pdf.zip file
and extracting it with winzip, I was unable to open the book.pdf file.
Book.pdf is 2.73MB in size. I am using Acrobat Reader ver. 5.0, and I
extracted the .zip file with winzip ver. 8.0.  Is there a problem with
the archive?
