	Any chance this resolves PR ports/39781 "pdflib (as part of
mod_php4) doesn't compile right."?

	There's a suggestion that using "make build
INSTALLS_SHLIB=no" solves the problem mentioned with the PR.  If that's
the whole issue and it has nothing to do with gmake, then please
disregard.
