In the process of this it looks like you committed some test frequency computing code that fails horribly in the CABLEIRC case. Essentially, if cable mode is enabled, you can't tune any channels. Broadcast mode only gets the first 13, as it normally does. If the #define TEST_A at line 2111 in brooktree848.c is removed, then all works as it should. BTW the screen freeze patch works great.
