I believe it *is* publicly available (though I haven't checked), and certainly it's nothing we need to keep confidential. On the contrary, having it public has a number of advantages: 1. It helps prepare would-be committers for what they can expect when the Big Time comes. 2. It demonstrates our professional attitude to people who want to know more about FreeBSD. 3. It can serve as a basis for other groups. 4. It's where many people (myself included) would first look for it.
