Works fine here. Ditto with the two I bought without RAM. Note that the motherboards and CPUs are pulls (used.) They did install new cheap-o "ball bearing" fans, but on one of mine the rotor had popped out and was floating around inside the motherboard's static bag. Taking the fan (further) apart, I saw what looked suspiciously like sleeve bearings on the shaft, but I'm no fan expert. NECX currently has new unopened PR440FX's with SCSI in their "outlet center" for $119, plus $5.95 S/H.
