They are trying to direct your question into a compatibiliy concern rather than a legal issue. In order to download and install flash player, you have to accept their EULA, which explicitly prohibits the installation on unauthorized OS's. As long as they don't change their EULA, we cannot legally install flash player on FreeBSD.
