What FreeBSD version and what qlogic hardware and are you loading the appropriate ispfw module for that card? 2. What is the connection topology? Clearly there's a switch involved. What switch vendor? 3. You mentioned an HP MSA 2000. How many other initiators are there on the fabric? Just the one I see coming and going? 4. You say "spontaneous reboots". Some detail about this would be good.
