AFAIK no.

You can download *-RELEASE-i386-bootonly which is small in size and give 
you an option to install over the internet
i.e you boot from it and if you want to install anything - base, kernel, 
man, src etc.. it fetch it over the internet from the ftp
note that you can use and http..
