If you believe that most of the information in the PR still applies I'll be
happy to reopen it. With old PRs the information is usually stale and needs to
be updated anyways -- and by that time it's easier to just file a new PR.

But like I said, if this is still a problem and it's easier for you to update
this PR rather than file a new one, I'll be more than willing to reopen it.
