Hi

Docbook/jade ports from 2.2.5-R CDROMs

    <arg choice="plain" rep="norepeat"><replaceable>infile</replaceable></arg>
renders (HTML) as
    infile ...
not as
    infile

norepeat should be the default but it still renders as above.

Also either I am using the <link> tag incorrectly or it doesn't generate
a html link.
