OK, several people expressed interest.  You'll find the binaries
here:

    http://www.freebsd.org/~jdp/cvsup-alpha/

They're dynamically linked, but they require only the standard FreeBSD
shared libraries such as libc, libm, and libz.  The Modula-3 libraries
are linked in statically.
