Is it possible to mix processor types with SMP? as long as i clock it down accordingly, let's say i set up a dual pentium board, on chip a P150 and the other a P200MMX, if i clock down the 200MMX to 150Mhz until i can afford another P200MMX, will things be okey dokey? Or am i heading for disaster? :) Basically both processors would be running at 150MHZ even though one is really capable of 200MHZ+MMX and the other is topped off at 150MHZ. Thanks, Alfred Perlstein perlsta@sunyit.edu
