I tried using the sysinstall to upgrade from 2.2.8 to 3.1 RELEASE... after the upgrade, it seems the binaries are out of sync or something... if complains about not being able to exec _mount not found in /sbin or /usr/sbin So I can't mount any of the old slices in read-write mode. The new kernel does not respond to bootstrap at all. Upon booting... the boot will respond with Invalid Format Any help is appreciated!
