I was able to get the install to work and boot from my VM, I tried first without the patch, received the same error, patched and rebuilt to install. The failure to Boot my hardware machine maybe a fluke, I did get some warnings that may hint at one of my mirror disks failing. I did however run into some new issues, going to start a new thread looks like an update made since Beta3 snapshots were done on releng/13.0 tree has broke dtrace. -- Thanks, Dean E.
