Incorrect fix to work around the crash

With kdenlive-18.04.3_2 on 11.2-STABLE (under xfce with hald and dbus enabl=
ed),
the "Add Clip" file dialog crashes with the following error:

QKqueueFileSystemWatcherEngine::addPaths: open: No such file or directory
ASSERT: "!protocol.isEmpty()" in file
/usr/ports/devel/kf5-kio/work/kio-5.49.0/src/core/kprotocolinfofactory.cpp,
line 72

[1]+ Abort trap (core dumped) kdenlive

The attached patch for devel/kf5-kio works around the crash point, restoring
the "Add Clip" function, but it is certainly not the correct fix.
