Feel free to steal/look at any of my code.  Note that it's all under the
GNU Public License.

I didn't write a whole GUI library - in fact, most of my stuff is fairly
proprietary.  I did, however, create a Button base class that could
easily be generalized.  It encapsulates a lot of "button" functionality
- while leaving much flexibility to the derived class (ie: it could be
any control thing - not just a traditional button.)

As for your offer of a Linux CD, I would love to get my hands on one.  A
port should be straight forward - the diferences are pretty minimal -
and localized.  Chances are that I won't have the time to do a port for
at least a month.
