I see what's going on.

Right before this, he added "x11/keybinder-gtk3"
I thought this was the same port... basically I thought he added a new
port and immediately released to to ports@FreeBSD.org.  That's a trend I
don't want to see start.

So the misunderstanding is on my side, sorry.
